On August 10th, The Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs delivered to a representative of the Russian Embassy in Georgia a note from the President of Georgia declaring a ceasefire in South Ossetia. As the Georgian MFA noted, all Georgian armed forces have been withdrawn from the conflict zone.
